Another detail worth a mention here is how the blade leverages Triple Chip Grind (TCG) tooth geometry to produce large chips versus harmful dust generated by abrasive discs, thus reducing airborne contaminates and contributing towards a significantly safer jobsite. Furthermore, once allowed to link-up with the blade’s advanced stabilizer vents, this TCG tooth geometry can create the ultimate controlled cutting action. Next up, we must talk about Diablo’s specially formulated Cermet (Ceramic and Metallic blend) teeth, which provide high heat tolerances and increased hardness for superior wear and ultimate cutting life. At launch, Diablo has made available   a full range of Steel Demon™ Cermet blades for thin, medium, and thick metals and stainless steels ranging in diameters from 5-3/8” to 14”.
