Making Your Construction Workflows More Seamless than Ever Before

Human beings are known for a myriad of things, but most importantly, they are known for getting better on a consistent basis. This undefeated tendency to improve under all possible circumstances has already fetched us some huge milestones, with technology appearing as a rather unique member of the stated group. The main reason why technology’s credentials are so anomalous is based on its skill-set, which realized all the possibilities for us that nobody could have ever imagined otherwise. Nevertheless, if we look a little bit closer, it should become clear how the whole runner was also very inspired by the way we applied those skills across a real world environment. The latter component was, in fact, what gave the creation a spectrum-wide presence and made it the ultimate centrepiece of every horizon. Having such an ingenious piece running the show quickly scaled up the human experience from every conceivable direction, but even after reinventing our lives beyond recognition, this tech revolution will somehow keep on bringing all the right goods to the table. The same has turned more and more evident on the back of our recent progression, and truth be told, PlanRadar’s latest move does a lot to make that trend bigger and better moving forward.

PlanRadar, a company specializing in digital construction, real estate and facilities management platforms, has officially decided to add a long-awaited QR code functionality to its site data management, and thus, take the solution’s quality to a level it has never explored before. As per certain reports, the stated QR integration is designed to help PlanRadar’s customers in simplifying their workflows. Furthermore, it will bring much greater flexibility for everyone by letting them merge their existing projects with the platform’s core functionality. This feature alone should have a huge say in reducing downtime, and scaling up productivity and accuracy, while also getting the firms to avoid those detrimental data silos. On a more practical note, these QR codes can be used for a variety of on-site workflows, including sharing information on construction sites, tracking equipment, health and safety inspections, managing modular build deliveries, recurring maintenance, and aligning fire stopping elements in ongoing checks.

The new QR code functionality will, interestingly enough, work alongside PlanRadar’s existing NFC integration, giving users an option to pick their preferred brand of technology.

“We strive to give our customers the best on-site experience, making it simple to get their day-to-day work done efficiently and correctly. Linking PlanRadar to QR codes is a natural fit – reducing the time it takes to retrieve information on a project site and ensuring everything is properly documented at the precise location. QR codes and NFC tags can both be used to make a wide variety of information accessible in real-time, and users can choose which format they capture and share information,” said chief product officer of PlanRadar, Clemens Hammerl.
